Organises work in its market: manages local projects and builds the operating process.

For each project, the operator works with suitable local performers and partners according to the actual need.

The customer experience and catalogue are part of the shared ecosystem. Specific offers and actions depend on current service data.

The platform maintains shared infrastructure and working rules.
The regional operator applies them in a local project process.
Delivery and communication are organised for the specific task.
The customer sees a journey that reflects the actual market and available offers.
