The MR.DO model

MR.DO is a regional licence, not a standard franchise

The model is designed to develop a regional direction within MR.DO’s shared infrastructure. It is not the purchase of one ready-made retail outlet.

What may be similar

As with franchising, there is a shared brand, standards, operating materials and a common way of working.

What is different

A regional operator develops a local operating model: organising projects, building local delivery and working with a partner network in its market.

The platform and operator roles

MR.DO develops shared infrastructure: the customer experience and catalogue, operating ERP, standards, training and tools for working with local performers. A regional operator applies that foundation in local work.

This describes roles. It does not promise a specific demand volume, financial outcome or territory availability.
