Own decoration projects
Sales, estimates, production organisation and delivery quality form the operator’s core business.
Build your own regional event and space decoration business under the MR.DO brand. You manage sales, people and quality; MR.DO provides infrastructure, training and rights within an agreed territory. Prior decoration experience is not required.
You develop your own event and space decoration business, selling and organising decoration projects in your region. Partner services and cross-selling offer additional opportunities.
This is active business management: customer discussions, estimates, teams, deadlines and quality. MR.DO provides the brand, MR.DO Studio, workflows, training and acquisition tools.
Prior decoration experience is not required. The model also serves entrepreneurs new to the industry. You learn to organise the work and assign specialist tasks to suitable professionals.
Preparation introduces sales, project workflows, the system and standards. It does not turn you into a decoration specialist in ten days or remove business risk.
You manage the business and do not have to personally execute every decoration project. Employees, independent professionals, trusted subcontractors and studios can work on specific projects.
MR.DO Studio supports delegation, project management and quality control. Training and established workflows help you start with a small core team; selecting specialists and responsibility for delivery remain yours.
MR.DO Studio supports projects, tasks, finance and quality control. Training and shared materials provide a working foundation; they do not replace business management.
MR.DO is presented through facts a candidate can see and verify: real projects, real providers, a working system and transparent economics.
Sales, estimates, production organisation and delivery quality form the operator’s core business.
Shopfronts, lobbies and seasonal decoration within your regional operations.
Flowers, rentals, performers and other permitted services complement your own projects.
Additional sales depend on the actual range and availability; no income is promised.
Complementary channels include your direct sales and marketing, accredited partner funnels, Business CheckUP, Event Studio, organic enquiries and repeat business.
Accredited partners receive commercial opportunities through MR.DO’s distributed acquisition network and integrate agreed entry points into their customer funnels. Bypassing agreed rules for recording the source of orders risks losing access to that network and the accredited slot. For systematic contractual breaches, MR.DO may restrict or block a partner and replace them with another accredited payment service, subject to the contract and approved operating rules. Customer volume and financial results are not guaranteed.
Platform commission is 12% of the qualifying goods or services amount in an MR.DO-generated and recorded transaction. The delivery service is excluded from that base. The regional operator receives 30% of the commission and MR.DO 70%. This does not apply to all independent partner turnover.
The goods or services amount, platform and payment service fees, the net amount paid to the partner and delivery service amount are separate settlement components. For Flowers and other partner service categories where the partner provides delivery, applicable commissions are calculated and allocated on the qualifying goods or services amount under approved category rules. The separately identified delivery service amount is then added to the partner payout, subject to approved payment service fee allocation rules. This is a settlement rule, not a claim that automatic payment distribution is available.
Partner-provided delivery is settled separately: it is excluded from the 12% commission base and added to the payout after commissions are calculated under category and payment service fee allocation rules.
Partners are accredited, with limited slots under existing rules. Access to the commercial network depends on compliance with contractual rules for recording the source of orders.
MR.DO-generated and recorded work can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or through an integrated payment service. The payment method alone does not remove turnover recording or contractual settlement obligations.
Orders are recorded in the MR.DO system, followed by reconciliation and settlement under the contract. Automatic payment distribution is possible only through a connected and verified payment service. Availability must be confirmed separately.
Preparation covers sales, MR.DO Studio and intensive practical work on the regional partner network: finding and assessing partners, arranging accreditation, helping partners get started and connecting as many suitable payment services as reasonably possible.
This actively builds a commercial network, rather than merely teaching software. The operator works with suitable payment services under existing standards and accreditation rules and prepares specialists, marketing and operations. No fixed partner count or completion of every possible partnership within 10 days is promised. Operator preparation is distinct from a guaranteed full platform release.
Operator preparation does not guarantee a full platform release within 10 days. Launch depends on regional readiness and available services.
Adjust assumptions for your city. The four-year calculation includes gradual ramp-up and uneven seasonal demand. The start date affects the result.
Standard scenario: active sales and customer acquisition, with own decoration projects as the core business and an accredited partner network and Business CheckUP as additional income. Default base levels after ramp-up: 3 own projects and 2 CheckUPs per month, plus KZT 15 million in qualifying partner turnover. Own sales ramp up over 9 months and partner sales over 12. No automatic annual growth is assumed. Payback is modelled from selected inputs; orders, recovery timing and returns are not guaranteed.
The target project margin is 40%. MR.DO royalty is 6% of MR.DO-generated and recorded decoration turnover recorded in the MR.DO management system. The illustration leaves 34% before other operating expenses and taxes.
For example, KZT 1,000,000 turnover with KZT 600,000 project costs leaves KZT 400,000 margin. After KZT 60,000 royalty, KZT 340,000 remains, not guaranteed net profit. The existing royalty holiday lasts until fee recovery or 12 months, whichever comes first, subject to contract.
The calculation shows a possible profitability scenario based on selected parameters. Actual results depend on sales, expenses and the regional operator’s work. Income and investment recovery are not guaranteed.
Level after ramp-up. The model does not assume the operator reaches it in month one.
Materials, installation team and logistics are included in the project budget.
Only qualifying MR.DO-generated and recorded transactions, not all independent partner turnover. The operator receives 30% of the 12% commission.
For Business CheckUP priced at KZT 300,000, KZT 200,000 is allocated to the regional operator/execution side and KZT 100,000 to MR.DO. Actual settlement follows agreed fees and payment terms.
The default monthly operator budget is KZT 500,000: KZT 200,000 for marketing and a KZT 300,000 allowance for general operating costs. Materials, installation and project logistics are already in project costs and are not counted again here. The slider changes the total budget; adjust it to actual local costs. Financing and full owner remuneration are not separately costed.

The model includes ramp-up, seasonality and contractual royalty holidays. Business CheckUP priced at KZT 300,000 uses a fixed KZT 200,000 allocation for the regional operator/execution side; KZT 100,000 belongs to MR.DO. This is a commercial allocation, not a promise of payment free of fees and expenses. General operating costs and marketing are included in the selected recurring budget. Financing and full owner remuneration are not separately costed, so the result is not fully costed net profit.

Founding City is a complete initial budget of KZT 20 million; Standard is KZT 25 million. It is not an extra software fee on top of the startup budget.
It covers regional business preparation, the license and operating rights, technology access and configuration, training and initial helping partners get started, operations and marketing setup. An initial KZT 200,000 advertising balance is funded by MR.DO. Deliverables and obligations are contractual; subsequent costs belong to the operator.

Each approved region has one exclusive operator. One operator may hold licenses for multiple regions with MR.DO approval and fulfilment of applicable conditions. Almaty remains MR.DO territory.
Exclusivity within an individual territory does not limit an operator to owning one region. Additional licenses require MR.DO approval and compliance with applicable conditions; they are not granted automatically. Availability and boundaries follow the existing process. The license is perpetual subject to contract and does not transfer global brand, source code or all MR.DO intellectual property.
After launch, marketing and ongoing operating costs are the operator’s responsibility.
Rates include VAT where applicable; registration does not change the remuneration amount. Specific terms and the start of royalties are governed by contract.
You are responsible for sales, choosing specialists, project delivery, quality, expenses, taxes and standards. MR.DO does not guarantee orders, profit or payback. Obligations and responses to breaches are governed by contract.
Proposed transfer terms. Final arrangements are subject to contract.
A transfer of an operating regional business to an approved entrepreneur, coordinated with MR.DO, is envisaged. The possibility and terms of transfer require final contractual and legal approval.
For a KZT 20 million Founding City budget, one possible compensation target is 50%, or KZT 10 million. The negotiated price may be higher or lower. There is no guaranteed buyer, minimum price, unconditional MR.DO buyback or guaranteed liquidity. The aim is regional continuity and preservation of commercial value; global MR.DO rights are not sold.

Nobody makes a 20-million-tenge decision from one presentation. Come to Almaty: we will show completed projects, introduce the production teams and contractors we work with, and explain how a project team is assembled and how partner interaction works.
Then we will show the client app, MR.DO Studio, work with private and corporate customers, the partner portal, finance and the financial model. We will also review what the regional launch includes and how preparation works.
